Butchersin uusi vahvistus Anthony Figueroa

Porvoon Butchers vapauttaa Dante Edwardsin sekä Dana Planttin sopimuksistaan ja toivottaa heille hyvää jatkoa.

Ensimmäisenä pelaajana tilalle saapuu Anthony Figueroa joka nähdään tositoimissa jo seuraavassa kotipelissä 1.7 jolloin vastassa on Kotka Eagles. Figueroa tulee pelaamaan puolustuksen takakentällä. Juhannuksen jälkeen julkaistaan myös 2 uutta valmentajaa. Olethan kuulolla.

Who is Anthony Figueroa?
Los Angeles native, Defensive Back and Wide Receiver. Versatile athlete, physical tackler, strong leader. Enjoys to cook, listen to music, and spend time with friends/family.

Tell us little bit about your football career?
15+ heard of playing experience, started tackle football at 9 years old. Played at Whittier High School, team MVP and Captain. Followed at East Los Angeles College where he was team Defensive MVP and led the Huskies to a Conference and Bowl Game Championship. Received a Full Scholarship for his efforts to play at Oklahoma Baptist University, NCAA Division 2. Played one season with the Bison, and finished his university career at Bethany College in the Fall of 2021.
